He is survived by: his spouse Edith Ticknor Oct (Peggy); his children, Rick (Denise) of Arizona, Terry (Jeri Ann) of Westminster, Scott of Fort Lupton and Sherrill Simmonds (Craig) of Broomfield; and his sister Evon Nolz of Fremont. He is also survived by one granddaughter; six grandsons; and five great-grandchildren.
