He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher and Emily; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his wife Illa; his children, Renae Woodard Tinsley of Moab Utah and Brad Woodard of Monticello Utah; his grandsons, Kade Somerville, Dylan Tinsley, Micheal Woodard and Christopher Woodard; his brothers, Dan Woodard (Laura) and Don Woodard (Christine); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Wagoner (Stacy), Ed Wagoner (Marjorie), Donna Reiss (Val) and Sandy Cline (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
