He is survived by: his parents, Todd Simon and Jolene Simon; his wife Amber Dobbins; his daughters, Elizabeth Rose, Victoria Marie, Hadassah Alene and Maryann Lynn; his siblings, Cody Simon and Lynn Simon; his siblings' children, Freesia Hernandez and Gabriel Clift; and his grandmother Alene Johnson.
