She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Rainey and Meriam Davis Rainey; her spouse Dale Phillips; and her brother Joseph Rainey. She is survived by: her son Douglas Phillips (Conni); her grandchildren, Ed Phillips (Melissa) and Cathleen Owens (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Sidney, Drew, Liam Phillips, Parker and Alaya Owens.
