He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Koch and Isabelle Koch (Willis); and his brothers, William Koch and Robert Koch. He is survived by: his wife Norma Koch (Bailey) of Harrison; his children, Blaise Koch Sr. (Marla) of Harrison and Holly Hood (Bill Finley) of Bellingham, Washington; and his grandchildren, Blaise Bryan Koch Jr. and Landon Blaise Koch (McKenzie Rupp).
