She was predeceased by : her brothers, Ken Lewis and Paul Woolard; and her son Rick Silva. She is survived by : her parents, Earl Robert Lewis and Anna Cecilia (Olmer); her spouse Carlos Silva; her friend Roy Ricks; and her children, Michael Silva (Susan) of Tucson, AZ, Kenneth Silva of Taos, NM, Leslie Casanova (Fred) of Alamosa, CO and Laurie Wampole (Keith) of Sanibel, FL..

Donations, in lieu of flowers, to Sacred Heart Church in Fruita.
