He was predeceased by : his wife Lorraine. He is survived by : his children, Kathleen Pethick of Tampa, FL., Kristine Sebring (Christopher) of Sebring, FL., Eileen Arja (Tarek) of Grand Junction, CO. and Steven Pethick (Laura) of Broomfield, CO.; his grandchildren, Lindsey Sebring, Sara Sebring, Aaron Pethick, Jillian Leon (Manuel Leon), Nicky Arja, Ben Arja, Amber Pethick and Janelle Pethick; and his sister Barb Katrana (John).

The family politely requests for anyone planning to attend the service to please wear a mask.
