He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edwin and Hazel May Collins (Finckel); and his siblings, Kenneth and June Collins. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughter Vicki Hughes (Greg) of Greeley; his granddaughters, Heather Powell (Tony) and Chelsea Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Garrett Powell.
