He was predeceased by: his parents, Telesforo Perez and Eloiza Perez (Flores); and his brother Rudy. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Perez, Camelia Perez, Tillie Espinosa, Sarah Espinosa (Ismeldo Arredondo), Rebecca Archuleta and Pearl Benavides; and his siblings, Theresa Perez, Richard Perez (Dorothy), Robert Perez (Debbie), Raul Perez, Lorie Perez (Ben Lopez) and Yolanda Trujillo (Carlos). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
