He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Allmer and Elizabeth Allmer (Vanlandingham); and his siblings, William, Donald, Howard and Elizabeth Sullivan.
He is survived by: his close friend Bettiejane Fink of Greeley; and his niece Diana Romine of La Salle.
