He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine Kaye Lehmann; his children, David Douglas, Dawn Douglas, Courtney Herbst, Kristen Douglas, Amanda Douglas and Misty Falk; and his sister Carla Willden. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
