She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Schuman and Lydia Schuman (Wagner); her siblings, Leonard Schuman and Doris Watson; her siblings-in-law, Eldon Watson, Jerry Wente and Josephine Wente (Culter); and her son-in-law Mark Simon.
She is survived by: her spouse Ralph Gilbert Culter Jr. of Kansas City; her children, David Lee, Dave Culter (Karin) of Greeley and Cathy Simon of Berthoud; her grandchild Sarah Culter Johnson (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Quinn Rose, Carver David of Denver, Daniel Culter (Kitty), Weston David, Megan Simon Corr (Carson) of Oxford and Tom Simon of Johnstown; and her sister-in-law Emily Schuman of Lincoln, Neb.. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association, 918 13th St., Greeley, Colo. 80631, would be welcome in memory of Maxine.
