He is survived by: his wife Donna Kurtz; his children, Terri Kurtz, Jillyn Johnson, Jessica Hacker, Lydia Cromwell, Marianne Ma'ae, Alice Chess and Margherita Vaulte; and his sisters, Lynda Kaser and Mayo Honstein. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
