He was predeceased by: his mother Linda; his grandmother Kennedy; and his great-grandparent Knox. He is survived by: his father Kurt Voelkelt (Lura) of Greeley; his brother Michael G. (Jin) of Centennial; and his nieces and nephews, Rebekah, Sarah and Michael. He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to "Community Advantage" or "ARC" in care of Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634.
