He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Gerald, Matt Eisele (Shannon) and Ann Chavez (Frank); his nephew Jim Eisele (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Harley Chavez (Ada), Adam Rickard, Quinn Zwtzig, Katie Atkinson, Tammy Chavez, Gary Chavez and Jackie Arispe.
