He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Franklin and Rosa Franklin (Dyer); his brother Howard Franklin (Lois); and his daughter Sheri Fisher. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Franklin, Kelly Deering and Shelly Pixton (David); and his grandchildren, Derek (Crystal), Jacinda, Jordan Fisher, Cora Pixton, Kyler Franklin and Shayna Franklin.
