Lila A. Nietfeld Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2025, at the age of 92, Lila A. Nietfeld in Greeley, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Lila's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Lila has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Antholz and Helene [Ommen] Antholz; her sister Lucile; and her husband Clayton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). Viewing will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Lila requested memorials be directed to Christian organizations that share the Gospel message and provide for people in need. Memorials may be directed through Butherus, Maser & Love or given directly to the organization of donor's choice.
