He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Richard and Rosetta Bowker (Smith); his daughter Shaerry L Whitting; and his sister Karen Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Swanger; his children, Dennis J. Bowker (Pat) of Lacy, WA, Lloyd E. "Gene" Bowker II (Becca) of Gainesville, GA and Heather R. Rohm (Derek) of Sidney, NE; and his siblings, Shirley Smothermon (James) of Tacoma, WA, Margie Freeman (Louie) of Chappell, NE, Richard Bowker (Mary) and Robert "Bobby" Bowker. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grand-children; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
