She is survived by: her husband Mark; her children, Ty Notestine (Katy), Timber Notestine, Drew Notestine and Karen Gulkin; her grandchildren, Emma, Timber, Will and Claire; and her brother Jim Coba. She is also survived by her husband, parents.
