Martinez (Cantu); his daughter-in-law Amanda Martinez Jr. of Greeley; his daughter Alyssa Annette Martinez of Greeley; his father Tomas L. Martinez Jr.; and his close friend Guadalupe. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 6 siblings.
