He is survived by: his significant other Carol Patch; his son Donnie Patch; his daughter-in-law Karol; his daughter Jennifer Noonan (Patch); his son-in-law Josh; his son Wesley Patch; his daughter-in-law Tammy; his grandchildren, Austin (Kayley), Isabel (Andy), Savannah (Jake), Jordan, Mariah, Colton and Cassidy; and his great grandchild Kaiser.
