It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Refugio Serna-Rangel (Greeley, Colorado), who passed away on May 20, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tiofilo Serna and Josefina Serna-Rangel; his siblings, Lucy and Patrocina; and his pet Tatiana "Tatis".
He is survived by: his children, Genie and Raymond; his godchildren, Jessica Delarosa and Jorge Serna; and his siblings, Rosalia Serna-Rangel, Emilia Serna, Idalia Recio, Maria De Jesus Serna, Jose Angel Serna, Ramon Serna, Rogelio Serna, Jose Manuel Serna and Tiofilo Serna. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, grandnieces, grandnephews, and friends.
