He was predeceased by: his children, Walter Roy Lewis and Randie Lynn Lewis; and his siblings, Eugene Lewis, Lavinia Housley, Joe Lewis and Bonnie Preston.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Lewis; his sons, Mike J. Lewis and David Lee Lewis (Connie); his grandchildren, Duane Lewis, Melissa White, Courtney Lewis, Kelsie Lewis and Connor Lewis; and his brother Wray Lewis.
