He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Kristie Lynn Fry (Howard), Judi Huff (Richard) and Rhonda Simons; his stepson Cody Cooper (Jody); his brother Don Ketels; and his nephew Dale Ketels. He is also survived by grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren.
