He was predeceased by: his mothers, June Slemons and Lola Slemons. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Slemons (Sharon), Mary Metzger (Mick), Karen Sullivan (Sean), Kathy Harshman (Mitch), CarolAnn Rayburn and Geraldine Slemons; his brothers, Frank Slemons (Beverly) and Larry Slemons (Diane); and his significant other Margaret Castillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
