She was predeceased by : her parents, James Everett Collier and Virginia May Morgan Collier; her husband William "Bill" Zarlengo; her sister Melva Dorak; and her son-in-law Donn Folkerts.
She is survived by : her stepmother Lucy Collier; her former life partner Morton Dyksterhuis; her children, Victoria Dyksterhuis Folkerts, Laura Woods (Dennis), David Zarlengo (Lorie) and Julie Sumlin (Greg); her grandchildren, Nathanael Folkerts, Naomi Folkerts, Jennifer Milligan, William Zarlengo, Randy Zarlengo, Tyler Hinton, Lindsay Hinton, Callie Sutton, Ethan Sumlin and Lanie Sumlin; her great grandchildren, Kingston, Nola Folkerts, Hailey Milligan, Hollin and Haines Hinton; her nephews, Stan (Mary) and Scott Dorak; her friend Cas Arcilise; and also, Deedee, Gary, Tony, Circle Savings and Loan.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Wild Life Sanctuary in Keensburg or St. Jude's Hospital.
