Shane McGinnis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shane McGinnis of Gypsum, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2025 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Timothy Shankel; and his grandparents, David and Patsy Shankel. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Rivera; his mother Martye Bailey (Gerald); his aunt Terri Daley (Stan); his uncle Chet Shankel (Jo Anne); his siblings, Brooke Cosper (Coby), Jeremy and Miller Bailey; his brothers-in-law, Joe Rivera (Dennel) and Justin Rivera (Kristen); his siblings' children, Joe III, Ian, Gavin, Stone, Siera, Kenzie and Abbey; and his great-nephews, Tate and Elijah. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM.
At the family's request, no flowers or donations are needed.
