She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benjamin Manuel and Mae Manuel; her sister Patty; her husband Craig; her daughter Katrina Winiarski (Rich); her grandson Kaz Winiarski; her daughter Kelly Anzaldo Masumiya (George); her granddaughter Masako Masumiya; her sisters, Pearl Iizuka (Melvin) and Patricia Eastham (Kelly); her siblings' children, Joseph Masumiya, Jeff Tufts, Gena Celli, Lisa Guadagnolo, Kristin Iizuka and Allison Masumiya; her great-nephews, Luke Tufts and Kane Celli; and her great-niece Chloe Thuler. She was also cherished by her grandchildren, crafting with her sisters, baking for her friends and talking to her daughters.
