It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Franklin Metzler of Idaho Springs, Colorado, who passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Denver's Morgridge College of Education or Rocky Mountain Public Media - PBS in memory of Bob.
