He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Weaver and Myrtle Norris Weaver; his wife Sylvia Emily Alire; his children, Gina and Joel; and his brothers, Howard, Clifford, Teddy and Leroy Weaver.
He is survived by: his brother Wilford Weaver (Mary); his children, John Weaver (Renee), Lena Atencio (Fred), Dee Olguin (Mike), Lida Allen (Frank) and Bill Weaver; and his foster children, Roland Norris and Rudley Weaver. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandsons.
