We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021, at the age of 17, Joshua Middlebrook of Ignacio, Colorado, born in Farmington, New Mexico passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joshua Middlebrook to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father Jason Middlebrook; his great-grandparent Dolores Huston; and his aunt Holly McDowell. He is survived by : his mother Julie Middlebrook; his sister Jillian Middlebrook of Ignacio; and his grandparents, Russ, Linda Jones, Chris and Jennifer Middlebrook of Aztec, NM. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
