He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Francis "Jiggs"; his wife Marcia Caldwell; his sibling-in-law Dee Peyton; his mother Freda Lanckriet of Julesburg; his daughter Jodie Ann Mansuy (Greg); his granddaughter Amanda Lee Mansuy of Washington; and his siblings, Larry Lanckriet (Connie) of Weldona, Jim Lanckriet (Vickie) of Julesburg, Carol Schiel (Doug) of Julesburg, Barb Peyton of Ovid and Sharon Dillie (Kenny) of Sterling. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial.
