It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Walter of Julesburg, Colorado, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Hinchman and Willa Hinchman (Hallman); her sister Barbara Steinbach; and her granddaughter Tiffany Jackson. She is survived by : her husband Gary Walter of Julesburg; and her daughters, Tamara Jackson (Scott) of Aurora, CO and Robin Shamburg (Jeff) of Aurora, CO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established in Betty's memory for later designation.
