He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Lombardi and Genevieve Lombardi (Romano); his siblings, Clement and Lucille; and his wife Rita Ann Spensieri of Lafayette.

He is survived by : his brother Bernard of Louisville; his sons, Michael (Susan) of Broomfield and Matthew (Kellie) of Littleton; and his granddaughters, Lauren, Juliana, Mary and Jackie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
