We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2021, at the age of 84, William Clarence Sorenson (Lafayette, Colorado), born in Wagner, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his brother Dale Sorenson; his daughter Kristen Talley; and his nieces and nephews, Cherylynn Gatilin, Tonya Sorenson, Matthew James and Michael James. He is also survived by 14 grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

With a soft spot for any animal, he traveled to Alaska to get close to the grizzly bears, Hawaii for humpback whales, and during the pandemic, to the grocery store to buy watermelon for his pet butterflies.
