She was predeceased by: her spouse Lynn Mahlon Shown; her mother Gertrude Taylor; her brothers, Richard and Sherman Taylor; her son-in-law Cecil David Bosley; and her stepson Kurtis Shown.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Christine Bosley, Debbie Lynn Sweet, Karen Ann Stansberry (John) and David Russell Rhyne (Doris); her stepchildren, Kent Shown and Linda Pierce; her grandsons, Ryan Bosley (Shelly), Nathan Bosley and Timothy McMickell (Mary); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Braxton and Haily Lynn McMickell.
