He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tilda Devener (Senum) and Roy Van Devener; his wife Kathleen (Harvey); his children, Donald Van Devener (Shannon), Marie Olejniczak (Richard) and Brian Van Devener; and his sister Sharon Johnson (Bud). He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
