He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barbara Aranda and Steven Kelly; his great-grandparent Charles Kelly; and his great-aunt Joann Martinez. He is survived by: his parents, Rene Kelly and Angelo Shipley Sr.; his siblings, Angela Shipley, Angelo Shipley and Trevon Johnston; his children, Marissa, Jordan, Toni and Tobias Jr.; and his siblings' children, Tianna, Leo, Journee and Ares. He is also survived by his children, Mother, Father, siblings and the rest of his extended family.
Tobias gave the final gift he could of organ donation which saved the lives of five different people.
