She was predeceased by: her mother Charlene Mae Young; and her brother Richard Dean Young. She is survived by: her father Rex Dale Young (Jeanne Young); her husband Walter Grant; her children, Jessica Carrillo (Brad Carrillo), Scott Ferguson (Alexis Ferguson), Derek Ferguson (Becca Ferguson) and Natalie Grant; her grandchildren, Alivia, Ainsley and Addison Carrillo; her children, Corbin, Twylah, Grant Ferguson, Rex and William Ferguson; and her sisters, Juli Wolf (Jim Wolf), Branda Lock (Doug Mattingly) and Savannah DeFontes (Kenny DeFontes).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Marge Cares Foundation who was great support for her and her family as she fought her battle with cancer. Marge Cares Foundation In Memory of Toni Grant.

“I was one of the nurses taking care of Toni in her final days. We spent Mother’s Day together. I was taken away by all the phone calls she received. She shared stories and pictures of her loved ones.. camping and enjoying life. Toni will have a forever place in my heart. Walter, I hugged you and told you everything would be okay. I hate that I was wrong. I am so sorry. Toni’s life made an imprint and will forever carry on. I feel so blessed to have met her. My sincere condolences to the family.”

“Dear Rex, Juli, Walt and family - Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of Toni. Living across the street from our family in Golden, the Youngs were always a trusted and true neighbor. We have wonderful memories of Rex, Charlene, Rick, Juli, and of course Toni. Toni was a beautiful, kind and well-mannered young lady. I particularly remember that Toni sat right next to me (Cindy) on our first day of kindergarten at Welchester. Rest in peace, Toni - Olga, Judy and Cindy Kater”
