We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2021, at the age of 80, Charlotte Rogers of Lamar, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred E. VanMeter and Edna L. Burkhart VanMeter; and her husband Jameson "Jim" Rogers (Jim). She is survived by: her children, Terri Lira (Dave) of Lamar, Linda Seiling (Kenny) of Lamar, Jamie Rolen (CD) of Pueblo West and Jim (JoDell) of Lamar; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hawkins (Chad), Janelle Ketels (Josh), Melissa Miller (Kyle), Ashley Mayjoy (Mayjoy George), Daina Morris (Brian), Matt Lira (Adrianna), Brandon Rolen (Taylor), Shayla Amare (Sisay), Joey Rogers, Jake Rogers and Jesse Rogers; her great grandchildren, Blake Miller, Aspen Hawkins, Ayden Mayjoy, Brooklyn Miller, Stetson Hawkins, Dalton Lira, Sage Ketels, Priya Mayjoy, Riley Morris, Gavin Lira, Chase Ketels, Austin Rolen, Harper Hawkins, Emma Figlio, Isabella Figlio, Addy Ketels, Maya Mayjoy, Lydia Rolen, Lukas Amare, Scarlett Rolen and Owen Lira; her brothers, Bud VanMeter (Judy) of Milliken, Bob VanMeter (Gloria) of Lakewood, Mike VanMeter (Jan) of Wheatridge and Russ VanMeter (Sharon) of Aurora; and her sisters-in-law, LaVonne Ralstin of Emporia, KS and Claire Rogers of Socorro, NM. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and friends.
