She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Robert and Hazel Marie Mayhew (Moss); her husband Charles "Charley" Eckert; and her siblings, Betty Joyce McGrath and Robert Arthur Mayhew.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanna Langston (Tress) of Lamar, Doug Eckert (Kim) of Lamar, David Eckert (Kimberly) of Aurora, CO and Melissa Thompson (Monty) of Lamar; her grandchildren, Tye Langston (Christy), Dustin Langston, Brennan Brands (Chris), Josh Eckert (Niki), Jordan Myers (Cody), Jeremy Lambeth, Bryan Eckert, Dalton Bray (Savannah) and Garrett Thompson; and her sister Sharon Kay Mayhew-Schuetz (Dave). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice and/or the Lamar United Methodist Church either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
