He was predeceased by: his daughter Dana Frey; and his sister Glenna Parker. He is survived by: his wife Kay Frey; his children, Curtis Frey (Kim) of Lincoln, NE, Mitch DeLoach (Linda) of Garden City, KS, Keenan DeLoach of Lamar, Angie Higbee (Donald) of Lamar and Darren DeLoach of Lamar; his grandchildren, Amanda West and Andrea Frey; and his brother Harlan Frey (Kathy) of Georgetown, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
