We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2019, at the age of 71, Jack Edward Smith (Lamar, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Porter Smith and Juanita Ann Waldren-Smith; and his siblings, Jerry Smith and Donita Price. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Smith (Libby) of Myrtle Beach, FL and Vicky Conger (John) of Hereford, TX; and his brother-in-law Jack J. Price of Lamar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
