We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jose B. Montoya of Lamar, Colorado, born in Cuba, New Mexico. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Maria and Rebecca Montoya (Segura); his wife Ofrecinia Montoya; his children, Abel Montoya, Carmen Montoya and Demetrio Montoya; his grandson Jesus Montoya; his great grandchildren, Amanda Adame and Cody Montoya; and his siblings, Rafealita Ortega, Anita Gonzales and Paulino B. Montoya.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Montoya; his grandchildren, Dorothy Montoya, Delores Adame (August), Christina Granados (John), Martin Montoya and Abel Montoya (Regina); and his siblings, Robert Montoya (Flora) of Lamar and Mary Salazar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
