She was predeceased by: her parents, Estil Omar and Velma Joy Perkins (Broyles); and her brother Leonard Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Raymond McDowell; her children, Joseph Perkins of Lamar, Ronald McDowell (Merrianne) of Lamar, Misty Perkins of Denver, Stacie Perkins of Lamar and Nikki McDowell of Lamar; her grandchildren, Acelynn Perkins, Jordan Perkins, Katie Germaine, Joanna McDowell, Samantha McDowell, Robert McDowell, Lincoln Silva and Jasper Silva; and her siblings, Steve Perkins (Cheryl) of Allen, TX, Jan Robbins (Warren) of Dodge City, KS, Tom Perkins (Luke), Jim Perkins (Venora) of Wiley and Judy Perkins of Lamar. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
