He was predeceased by: his father Charles Mills; his brother Monty Mills; and his half-brother Ricky Mills. He is survived by: his mother Virginia "Bush" Barnhart of Lamar; his brother Mickey Mills of Lamar; and his half-brother Jimmy Mills. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
