She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Brazil and Daisy Sprinkle Brazil; her husband Verlon Dozier; her granddaughter Ashley Nichole Dozier; and her sisters-in-law, Ruby Smith and Faye Beasley.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Owens (Steve) of Fayette, Karen Tucker (Dennis) of Bankson, Bobbie McCraw (Bill) of Hubbertville, James Dozier (Barbara) of Northport, Wayne Dozier of Lamar Co, Jimmy Dale Dozier (Susan) of Brierfield, Jacky Dozier (Annette) of Bankston, Andy Dozier of Hubbertville and Donald Dozier of Hubbertville; her grandchildren, Nick, Stephanie, Courtney, Jodi, Debbie, Paul, Matt, David, Steven, Jonathan, Amanda, Melissa, Brandon, Jack, Coby, Brittany, Brian, Lindsey and Kevin; her siblings, Ted Brazil, Loutine Thomas, Joyce Ferguson (Gene), Maxine Barton and Estell Rushing; and her sisters-in-law, Rosa Lee Box and Remona Dozier (Lounell Tucker). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
