He is survived by: his children, Justin DiBiasio, Megan Navarrette and Deborah DiBiasio; his siblings, Tomas Nevarez, Phillip Navarrette, Yolanda Ramos and Janet Gonzales; and his aunt Teresa Cole. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
