Phyllis J. Caddick Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis J. Caddick of Lamar, Colorado, who passed away on November 24, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Cottam and Daisy Russell; her former husband Ancil M. Caddick, Sr.; her husband Gene H. Adams; her sons, Daniel and Marvin Caddick; and her sons-in-law, Gerald Melton and Ralph Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Ancil Caddick, Jr. (Larry Miller) of Pueblo, CO, Philip Caddick (Sandra) of Lamar, Deborah Stegman (Tony) of Wiley, Tammy Melton of Lamar and Kimberly Caddick of Lamar. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
