Roxie Mae Mourning Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roxie Mae Mourning (Lamar, Colorado), who passed away on October 26, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Nunnery and Della Nunnery; her husband Riley C. Mourning; and her daughter Kathryn L. Loveland. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy and Karen (Tom Brubaker); her son-in-law Steve Loveland; her brother John J. Nunnery; her grandchildren, Glenn Loveland (Heather), Susan Headley (Joe), Shane Brubaker and Jennifer Brubaker; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Devin, Reyna, Jason and Kaylee; and also, Mary, Amy and Jeff Hobbs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church in Lamar, 1600 South Main St. Lamar, CO 81052, Swink United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 565, Swink, CO 81077 and/or Arkansas Valley Hospice, P.O. Box 408, La Junta, CO 81050 either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
